This privacy policy sets out rules for the collection, processing and use of personal information obtained from you through the on-line store ole.pl at www.ole.pl run by OLE.PL Wojciech Apola with registered office at Mostowa 25/3, 61-854 Poznań.
In particular, we respect privacy of persons who visit our website. Any information collected from you will serve us to process your order. We achieve this goal through the appropriate use of data and its protection.

Please be advised that we store personal data in our database to facilitate your future purchases in our online store.

Personal data must be entered while shopping. You will be redirected to a specially encrypted page (with SSL protocol) and asked for the following personal data: surname/company name, first name/Tax ID, address, phone and e-mail. This data is used solely for proper completion of the transaction and delivery of the order to the indicated address. Data obtained from you may be transmitted to other companies in order to deliver the products ordered, collect payment, or used for data analysis, and marketing and customer services. A customer shopping at the store agrees to provide his/her e-mail address to Allegro Group Sp. z o.o with registered office in Poznan and also for the processing of personal data by the ole.pl store and Allegro Group Sp. z o.o, in order to complete the questionnaire with opinion on transactions, carried out on the store www.ole.pl (in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection of 29.08.1997).

In accordance with the Act on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997, Journal of Laws no. 133 item 883 as amended, you have the right to access your data and to correct, change, update, rectify and request deletion.
We kindly ask you to exercise extreme caution and not to share data with third parties.

Cookies Policy

1. OLE.PL Store does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.
2. Cookies (so-called "Cookies") are computer data, in particular, text files that are stored in the store User’s terminal device and are intended for use with the store’s website. Cookies usually contain the website name, from which they originate, storage time on the terminal device and a unique number.
3. The entity posting cookies on the terminal device of the website User and the entity with access to the cookies is OLE.PL Wojciech Apola based in Poznan, at Mostowa Street 25/3.
4. Cookies are used to:
a) adapt the store’s website content to user preferences and to optimize the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow to identify the store User’s device and to properly display the website, tailored to individual needs;
b) create statistics that help us understand how store Users take advantage of the websites, which allows the improvement of their structure and content;
